Reservations: Verbal, faxed or written reservations will be held for 7 days. A 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 90 days prior to departure. Substitution of guests is permitted with approval of Adventure Quest X. Trip cancellation insurance is highly suggested.
In addition, we appreciate your promptness in returning the completed (unaltered/ scanned) application and liability release form with your deposit. Both forms must be completed and emailed to our office prior to the departure date. The forms can be found at the forms and information page of the website.

Baffin Island Terms and Conditions
Reservations: Verbal, faxed or written reservations will be held for 7 days. A $5,377.49 CAD ($4,000.00 USD) non-refundable deposit per person is required within 7 days to confirm a reservation. Substitution of guests is permitted with approval of Adventure Quest X. If payments are not received at the designated times Adventure Quest X reserves the right to cancel your reservations with forfeiture of all monies to date. Trip cancellation insurance is highly suggested.

2nd installment $5377.49 CAD ($4000.00 USD) is due 480 days prior to travel (February 6, 2024).
3rd installment $5377.49 CAD ($4000.00 USD) is due 360 days prior to travel (June 5, 2024).
4th installment $5377.49 CAD ($4000.00 USD) is due 240 days prior to travel (October 3, 2024).
Final payment of $4,579.74 CAD ($3,406.83 USD) is due 120 days prior to travel (January 31,2025).
